Cove’s Collagen Eye Laser, a gentle, non-ablative Er:YAG treatment (utilising the SP Dynamis system), targets the delicate under-eye and eyelid area.
By delivering controlled tissue heating, it stimulates collagen remodeling and initiates neocollagenesis, enhancing skin elasticity and reducing fine lines, wrinkles, and crepiness—all without surgery or injectables.
How does Collagen Eye Laser work?
Using the SMOOTH® mode, the laser gently heats the deeper layers of skin, triggering collagen production while keeping the surface intact. It’s safe for all skin types, including sensitive eye areas.
Before the treatment, a numbing cream is applied for comfort.
The laser is gently passed over the entire eye area — above, below, and to the sides — to stimulate collagen remodelling and skin tightening.
Using a smooth, non-ablative technique, the laser delivers precise heat without damaging the surface. Its unique pulse pattern ensures even heating deep in the skin, making the treatment safe and well-tolerated.

The results will typically last up to 12 months, as natural aging causes collagen levels in the skin to naturally deplete.
Smooth Eye Laser is a relatively painless procedure. During the treatment, you will experience a warm and mild prickling sensation.
Individual results will vary; some people notice an immediate improvement after 1-2 sessions. We recommend a minimum of 2-3 sessions between 4-6 weeks apart. However, a thorough assessment is needed for us to advise on the number of sessions you will need.
Apply plenty of moisturizer over the skin around the eyes.
There is minimal to no downtime for Smooth Eye Laser.
